Sweets for the Sweet

She has an orange-and-black bag bulging with sugary sweets...and yet there are two goodies that rank higher than fun-size chocolate bars and Smarties.

Actually, I take that back - there are three favorites. There's a flimsy little orange spider ring that The Girl finds truly awesome.

I can't claim to understand that reasoning, but it doesn't take too much effort to understand why the other two top the list.

I mean, they are cool! (not the mention, big - and size certainly does matter when it comes to treats!)

On a totally unrelated note, something seemed a little odd about one of Nadia's eyes today. Hmmm. :o)

Thanks to Baba & Pappy and MawMaw & Pepa for these special treats!

P.S. Color and exposure is totally wacky on these pics, but I don't feel like messing with it so they are what they are! I am becoming MUCH less of a perfectionist in my old age. :o)

Oh, yeah! That's awesome! Funny, I was wondering what exposure you used since you totally took the pictures back lit. They are what they are and they are still beautiful!

I saw those eyeballs at the store, the other day, and thought about buying them for the boys. haha. But then I remembered how much candy they had... haha. :) AND that is what grandparents are for, right?!?!

Now that is a candy corn that I might actually eat LOL! What fun treats. Looks like she is thoroughly enjoying them, too. :)

I have become much less of a perfectionist, too. So you are not alone, my dear. :) You know how to do it when it matters, but there are so many hours in the day...you know?

WHAT is that candy corn confection?? I can see why she loves it!

I am also becoming much less stringent on my level of quality on so many things! I think it is just you can only do so much, sometimes just getting something completed is good enough for that day!

I want that candy corn cake right now. Yum. I think the photos look great. I am with you though. Sometimes (most of the time for me) it is just not worth it to mess with the photos.
