If practice makes perfect, perfection should soon be coming for my little girl and her writing skills.
As I watched Oma's hands wrapped around my daughter's, I couldn't help but imagine them wrapped around another pair of little hands years ago, guiding them in forming the letters of the alphabet.
My hands.
The circle of life is beautiful.

These are great. Definitely something Nadia can treasure for years to come.
Yes it is. She's very lucky that she get's that experience with her oma.
She will have it mastered before you know it. How special to have Oma help her learn such an important thing. The circle of life IS beautiful.
I just love that first picture - the expressions on both of their faces say it all...
So glad you BOTH get to experience Oma's love/care!
It is very beautiful. These are great shots, and ones for the scrapbook. If you scrabooked. ;)
What a wonderful positive in your life right now. I'm sure Nadia will always treasure these special times with Oma, just as you have. :)
The last shot is my favorite.
Sometimes I have to catch my breath. There is almost nothing better than watching my parents love my child...seeing the roles of grandparent and grandchild emerge.
I still have the first pictures that my Mum taught the Baby Angel to draw back when she was two. *sigh* that last shot is perfect.
The tone of the pictures help set the mood.
Love the processing on these - and that last photo - LOVE that one. So great that you both learned that from Oma - and you have documented proof (at least for Nadia!).
*sniff* WHY, Christina, do you insist on making me cry?!?! So beautiful.
Simple and gorgeous.
beautiful indeed. ♥
